55 ILCS 5/5-23031: Appointment of board of directors.

When in any county such a proposition, for the levy of a tax for the care and treatment of persons afflicted with tuberculosis has been adopted as aforesaid a board of directors shall be appointed, and the provisions of Section 5-23007 shall govern the appointment.
