55 ILCS 5/5-29008: Republication of code.

The county code shall be updated and republished annually or more frequently as the county board may direct. The county board may authorize the State's attorney, or any person or persons deemed by the county board to be qualified, to update the county code.

The county clerk shall cooperate fully with the person or persons designated by the county board to update the county code.
