55 ILCS 5/5-32021: Time for hearing.

The hearing in all the cases arising under this Division, may be had at such time as the court may designate, and such proceedings shall have precedence over all other cases in any court, where they are brought, except criminal cases, or other cases in which the public is a moving party.
