55 ILCS 5/5-32040: Notice of award of contract.

A notice of such an award of contract shall be published in one or more newspapers, designated by the Committee in an order entered in its records, published in the county, or if no newspaper is published therein, then in one or more newspapers with a general circulation within the county.
