55 ILCS 5/5-33006: Joint construction by county and city.

The proceeds of the superhighway bonds authorized under this Division may also be used to pay a portion of the cost of superhighways constructed jointly by such county and by any city located in the County and by the State of Illinois, or jointly by such county and by the State of Illinois, or both.
