55 ILCS 5/5-44015: Powers; supplemental.

The Sections of this Division 5-44 are intended to be supplemental and in addition to all other powers and authorities granted to any county board, shall be construed liberally, and shall not be construed as a limitation of any power or authority otherwise granted.
