55 ILCS 5/5-6003: Publication of adopting ordinance or resolution.

Nothing contained in this Division shall be deemed to relieve any county from the requirement of publishing the ordinance or resolution in full which adopts such code or public record by reference, and all provisions applicable to such publication shall be fully and completely carried out as if no code or public record was incorporated therein.
