60 ILCS 1/150-85: Deed.

When any conveyance of real estate is made by the board of managers under Section 150-75 or 150-80, the deed shall recite the date and result of the election authorizing the sale and shall be signed by the president of the board of managers in his or her official capacity and attested by the clerk of the board of managers.
