60 ILCS 1/155-15: Acquisition of buildings and equipment.

In establishing, equipping, and maintaining public comfort stations, the township may construct, purchase, lease, or accept donations of ground sites, buildings, rooms, and the necessary equipment, and may employ necessary attendants.
