60 ILCS 1/255-10: Treasurer; payment of balance.

Whenever the legal voters at an annual township meeting or a special township meeting direct the transfer and payment of any balance in the road and bridge fund to the general township fund or to any other township fund or funds under Section 255-5, the treasurer of the road and bridge fund shall pay the balance into the fund or funds as directed and take credit for the payment.
