60 ILCS 1/30-95: Livestock running at large.

The electors may restrain, regulate, or prohibit the running at large of poultry, cattle, horses, mules, asses, swine, sheep, or goats and may determine the time and manner in which those animals may go at large, unless they are restrained from running at large in some manner provided by law.
