605 ILCS 10/11.2: Innovations for Transportation Infrastructure Act.

The Authority may exercise all powers granted to it under the Innovations for Transportation Infrastructure Act, including, but not limited to, the power to enter into all contracts or agreements necessary to perform its powers under that Act, and any powers related to a transportation facility implemented under that Act.
