605 ILCS 5/10-809

All proceedings heretofore taken by any municipality under this or any prior Act for the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, enlargement, betterment or repair of any bridge over any river forming a boundary of this State, and all revenue bonds issued by any municipality for the financing of the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, enlargement, betterment or repair thereof are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed.
