605 ILCS 5/5-701

Money allotted from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to the several counties as provided in Section 8 of the "Motor Fuel Tax Law", approved March 25, 1929, as now or hereafter amended, other than money allotted to counties for the use of road districts, shall be used only for one or more of the purposes stated in Sections 5-701.1 through 5-701.16, as the several counties may desire.
