- Railroad Incorporation Act.
A copy of the by-laws of the corporation, duly certified, shall be recorded as provided for the recording of the articles of association in Section 2 of this act; and all amendments and additions thereto, duly certified, shall also be recorded as herein provided, within ninety days after the adoption thereof.
