- Fox Waterway Agency Act.
The Agency may employ such personnel as may be necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes of this Act, including the hiring of personnel for the enforcement of its ordinances. The Board may enter into an agreement with the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund to provide for participation in that Fund by its employees.
