620 ILCS 5/23

"Laws of this State pertaining to aeronautics" means this Act and all other acts of this State, as heretofore or hereafter enacted or amended, of which the subject matter is any phase of aeronautics, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, regulation, supervision, condemnation, zoning and policing powers in connection therewith.
