- CHAPTER 620 AIR TRANSPORTATION
- County Airports Act.
The provisions of this Act shall be cumulative and shall be considered as conferring additional power on counties and as additions to and not as limitations upon the power of counties to acquire, construct, operate and maintain airports, the levying of taxes, issuance of general bonds and revenue bonds.
