CHAPTER 620 AIR TRANSPORTATION
Public-Private Agreements for the South Suburban Airport Act.

Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to invalidate any actions previously taken or commenced by the Department prior to the adoption of this Act that relate to the development of the South Suburban Airport or any acquisition of property related thereto.
