620 ILCS 75/2-60: Selection of professional design firms.

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the selection of professional design firms by the Department for South Suburban Airport projects, other than the selection of a contractor for a public-private agreement or interim agreement, shall comply with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act.
