625 ILCS 45/9-1: Rules and regulations, filing.

The implementation and administration of the provisions of this Act shall be by rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Natural Resources. A copy of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Act, and of any amendments thereto, shall be filed in the office of the Department and in the office of the Secretary of State. Rules and regulations shall be published by the Department in a convenient form.
