625 ILCS 5/1-105.3: Automotive parts recycler.

A person who is in the business of acquiring previously owned vehicles and vehicle parts for the primary purpose of disposing of parts of vehicles in a manner other than that described in the definition of a "scrap processor" in this Code or disposing of previously owned vehicles in the manner described in the definition of a "scrap processor" in this Code.
