625 ILCS 5/1-158.5: Penalties and offenses; definitions.

The following words and phrases when used in this Act, shall, for the purposes of this Act, have the meanings ascribed to them in Chapter V of the Unified Code of Corrections:

Business Offense;

Conviction;

Court;

Felony;

Class 1 Felony;

Class 2 Felony;

Class 3 Felony;

Class 4 Felony;

Imprisonment;

Judgment;

Misdemeanor;

Class A Misdemeanor;

Class B Misdemeanor;

Class C Misdemeanor;

Offense;

Petty Offense;

Sentence.
