Pollution Control Board diesel emission standards and tests. Within 8 months of the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly, the Pollution Control Board shall amend its heavy-duty diesel smoke opacity standards and test procedures to be consistent with the procedures and standards set forth in Section 13-109.1.
