625 ILCS 5/13C-35: Inquiries.

The Agency shall develop a means of responding to inquiries from inspectors and members of the public concerning the program, including (i) when inspections are required, (ii) what kind of inspections are required, (iii) whether emission inspection stickers or certificates previously required for a vehicle have been obtained, and (iv) the procedures for resolving disputes concerning inspections.
