625 ILCS 5/18c-4403: Issuance of registrations.

The Commission may issue registrations to any qualified applicant authorizing bona fide intrastate public carrier or interstate operations, if it is found that the applicant is fit, willing, and able to provide service in conformity with the requirements of this Chapter, Commission regulations and orders.
