Other Provisions Relating to Licensing and Registration. Provisions in Articles II, III, and IV of Sub-chapter 4 of this Chapter, governing the suspension, revocation, and transfer of motor carrier of property licenses, the registration of interstate motor carriers of property shall likewise govern motor carriers of passengers as if all references therein were to motor carriers of passengers.
