625 ILCS 5/3-814.4: Registration of fleet vehicles.

The Secretary may issue fleet vehicle registration plates or digital registration plates to owners of vehicle fleets registered in accordance with Section 3-405.3 of this Code in bulk before plates are assigned to specific vehicles. A registration plate or digital registration plate may not be displayed on a vehicle, however, until the plate has been activated on the Secretary's registration file and the proper fee has been forwarded to the Secretary.
