625 ILCS 5/6-404: Location of Schools.

The established place of business of each driver training school must be located in a district which is zoned for business or commercial purposes. The driver training school office must have a permanent sign clearly readable from the street, from a distance of no less than 100 feet, with the name of the driving school upon it.
