CHAPTER 625 VEHICLES
Illinois Vehicle Code.

Commercial drivers - permitted only one driver's license. No person who drives a commercial motor vehicle, on the highways, shall have more than one driver's license.

Any person convicted of violating this Section shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
