625 ILCS 5/7-301: Application of Article III.

The provisions of this Article requiring the deposit of proof of financial responsibility for the future, subject to certain exemptions, shall apply with respect to persons whose driver's license or driving privileges have been revoked as provided by this Code, or who have failed to pay judgments amounting to $500 or more as defined in Section 7-303.
