625 ILCS 55/15: Taxi safety reporting.

In counties in which vehicle citation records are not readily available to the public, the clerk of the circuit court shall furnish a list of all moving violations involving a taxi or an individual licensed or registered as a taxi driver upon the request of a unit of government that licenses, registers, or otherwise regulates taxi drivers.
