65 ILCS 115/10-9: Notice of cessation of business operations.

Any business located within the River Edge Redevelopment Zone that has received tax credits or exemptions, regulatory relief or any other benefits under this Act shall notify the Department and the municipal officials in which the Zone is located within 60 days after the cessation of any business operations conducted within the Zone. The Department shall adopt rules to implement and administer this Section.
