65 ILCS 125/90: Existing law.

This Act provides an alternative method of financing certain activities and improvements. The provisions of this Act do not affect or limit any other provisions of law authorizing or providing for the furnishing of activities or improvements or the raising of revenue for these purposes. Every special service area established pursuant to the Special Service Area Tax Law is unaffected by this Act.
