65 ILCS 20/21-43: Election and ballot laws to apply where consistent.

CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Revised Cities and Villages Act of 1941.

All election and ballot laws in force in the city of Chicago governing the submission of propositions to a popular vote or applicable thereto and not inconsistent with the provisions of this article shall apply to and govern the submission of any propositions provided for in this article.
