CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Illinois Municipal Code.

This Division may be adopted by a non-home rule municipality by incorporating the provisions of this Division in an ordinance and by passing and publishing the ordinance in the manner provided in Division 2 of Article 1 of this Act.
