CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Illinois Municipal Code.

All land and appurtenances thereto, acquired, owned, leased, or occupied by a municipality for any purpose specified in Section 11-103-1 are acquired, owned, leased, and occupied for a public purpose.
