CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES

This Division 129 authorizes the issuance of revenue bonds provided for in this Division 129 without submitting the proposition for the approval of the ordinance authorizing the bonds to the electors as provided in Sections 8-4-1 and 8-4-2.
