CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Illinois Municipal Code.

For the purpose of purchasing any waterworks under this Division 130, or for the purpose of purchasing any property necessary therefor, the municipality has the right of eminent domain as provided by the Eminent Domain Act.
