CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Illinois Municipal Code.

Municipalities may enter into joint efforts to acquire, develop, and operate a waterworks system or a common source of supply of water, or both, through intergovernmental cooperation in a regional water commission as provided in this Division.
