CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Illinois Municipal Code.

For the purpose of anticipating the collection of the second and succeeding installments provided for by this Division 140, every municipality specified in Section 11-140-1 may issue and retire bonds in accordance with the provisions and regulations of Article 9.
