CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Illinois Municipal Code.

The corporate authorities of each municipality may regulate the construction, repair, and use of cesspools, cisterns, hydrants, pumps, culverts, drains, and sewers and may regulate the covering or sealing of wells or cisterns.
