65 ILCS 5/11-23-10

Any person desiring to donate property for the benefit of such a hospital may vest the title to the property so donated in the board of directors created under this Division 23. That board or its successor shall hold and control this property, when accepted, according to the terms of the deed, gift or legacy of the property, and shall be a trustee of the property.
