65 ILCS 5/11-26-5

When revenue bonds are issued under Section 11-26-4, the entire revenue received from the operation of the specified hospitals, dispensaries, and other auxiliary institutions shall be deposited in a separate fund which shall be used only in paying the cost of maintenance and operation thereof and the principal and interest of the revenue bonds issued under Section 11-26-4.
