CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Illinois Municipal Code.

If a receiver is appointed pursuant to Section 11-31-2 of this Code, the receiver may file in the appointing Court an eviction action as provided in Article IX of the Code of Civil Procedure. Filing fees and court costs shall be waived for a receiver filing under this Section.
