65 ILCS 5/11-31.1-14: Application for grants.

Any municipality adopting this Division may make application to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants to help defray the cost of establishing and maintaining a code hearing department as provided in this Division. The application for grants shall be in the manner and form prescribed by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
