CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Illinois Municipal Code.

Every such municipality has the power to acquire by dedication, gift, lease, contract, or purchase, all property and rights, necessary or proper, within the corporate limits of the municipality for municipal coliseum purposes.
