65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-11

If any Section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence or clause of this Division is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect any remaining portion, Section or part thereof which can be given effect without the invalid provision.
