65 ILCS 5/11-87-4

The rights, powers, and authority granted in the preceding sections of this Division 87 shall be subject to the provisions of Section 18 of "An Act in relation to the regulation of the rivers, lakes and streams of the State of Illinois," approved June 10, 1911, as heretofore and hereafter amended.
