65 ILCS 5/11-94-7

Bonds issued by municipalities under "An Act authorizing cities, villages, incorporated towns or park districts to construct and operate a natatorium or swimming pool, to charge for the use of the same and to provide for the cost thereof by issuing bonds payable solely from revenue derived from the operation thereof, and to repeal an Act herein named," approved February 20, 1935, as amended, shall be treated as having been issued under this Division 94.
